El predio presenta marcados desniveles y una poligonal de geometr\u00eda irregular; lejos de constituir una limitante, estas condiciones fueron generadoras del partido arquitect\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La volumetr\u00eda surge del reconocimiento de los niveles naturales del terreno, integr\u00e1ndose a la topograf\u00eda mediante una composici\u00f3n escalonada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"443\" height=\"331\" src=\"https:\/\/calli.digital\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6642\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"http:\/\/calli.digital\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-56.png 443w, http:\/\/calli.digital\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-56-300x224.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacia el exterior predominan los pa\u00f1os cerrados, en respuesta a la b\u00fasqueda de privacidad planteada por los usuarios. As\u00ed se construye un escenario donde el libro y el visitante se convierten en protagonistas, permitiendo reducir la distancia entre ambos y propiciar una nueva relaci\u00f3n con la lectura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fachada funciona como un sistema de velos que filtran la luz y conectan el interior con el exterior, integrando elementos como celos\u00edas, arbolado, gr\u00e1ficos y ventanales. Su dise\u00f1o enfatiza el uso de materiales locales, como cantera y ladrillo, esencia cultural de la regi\u00f3n y se alinea con los principios de la Carta, que abogan por la preservaci\u00f3n de la integridad arquitect\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Alba, prioriza el respeto al casco hist\u00f3rico de Lagos de Moreno, en un di\u00e1logo con el paisaje urbano sin comprometer su car\u00e1cter distintivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u201cEdificio de Oficinas Federales\u201d se erige como un s\u00edmbolo del patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico contempor\u00e1neo, con la valoraci\u00f3n del legado cultural y las nuevas intervenciones urbanas. Entre ambos aparece la fractura: avenidas r\u00e1pidas, bardas, l\u00edmites invisibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra propuesta no es a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s infraestructura, es desmontar barreras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Plan Maestro plantea una reconexi\u00f3n:\u00a0 abrir, mezclar, caminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Capilla Filamentario emerge como pieza fundacional de esta reintegraci\u00f3n. Excavada y construida a la vez, es masa y vac\u00edo, sombra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>y luz. Un proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n urbana, por medio de: banquetas, ciclov\u00eda, carriles vehiculares laterales y centrales, y camellones arbolados, que vincula el coraz\u00f3n de la urbe con las zonas perif\u00e9ricas. Llamado Mi Macro Perif\u00e9rico (MMP); el corredor de transporte p\u00fablico masivo, compuesto por 42 estaciones en 41.5 kil\u00f3metros abarca tres municipios: Guadalajara, Zapopan y Tlaquepaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto integra cuatro ejes: Espacio P\u00fablico, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente, Paisaje y Regeneraci\u00f3n Urbana, y pasa de ser una carretera divisoria a un corredor multimodal que brinda equipamientos, servicios, en los que conviven<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>peatones, ciclistas, transporte p\u00fablico y veh\u00edculos privados. Se construyeron bah\u00edas de transferencia para ordenar y facilitar el trasbordo de las rutas alimentadoras. Ignacio D\u00edaz Morales contaba a sus alumnos y colegas c\u00f3mo concibi\u00f3 la Cruz de Plazas en torno al edificio religioso m\u00e1s importante de Guadalajara. Primero detectando la escasez de espacios libres en el coraz\u00f3n de la ciudad y luego imaginando c\u00f3mo lucir\u00edan los edificios principales de la capital de Jalisco retirando las construcciones que imped\u00edan su lucimiento pleno. S\u00e1nchez Ruiz.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los problemas sufridos por la poblaci\u00f3n en las ciudades, uno es el traslado a los lugares de vivienda, trabajo, educaci\u00f3n o descanso. Pese a las acciones impulsadas que han incrementado modalidades y volumen del transporte, adem\u00e1s de nuevas vialidades, incluidos segundos pisos en Monterrey, Puebla y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, las condiciones en el rubro no son las mejores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se calcula que hoy circulan 6.4 millones de veh\u00edculos, a una velocidad promedio de 18 kil\u00f3metros por hora, lo que implica el incremento de tiempo en traslados, la emisi\u00f3n de contaminantes, estr\u00e9s e incluso violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello se requiere disminuir el n\u00famero de autom\u00f3viles, pero con buenas alternativas de transporte colectivo. El sistema de autobuses articulados que funciona ya en varias ciudades, es una buena alternativa pero habr\u00e1 que incrementar sus recorridos con buen mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abasto de agua es cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil por el\u00a0 crecimiento horizontal de las principales ciudades del pa\u00eds. En el caso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico los sistemas que ven\u00edan de Xochimilco y luego de Lerma, fueron sustituidos por el Cutzamala, soluci\u00f3n que no ser\u00e1 eterna. Habr\u00e1 que profundizar en medidas alternas, intensificar la atenci\u00f3n a fugas, la reforestaci\u00f3n en cerros y monta\u00f1as aleda\u00f1as a las urbes para recargar manantiales; adem\u00e1s de ampliar las campa\u00f1as en la poblaci\u00f3n para que participen en el cuidado, manejo y alternativas de captaci\u00f3n de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los fuertes problemas es el drenado de aguas servidas, por falta de un adecuado mantenimiento, y a las pr\u00e1cticas de habitantes que hacen de coladeras espacios para deshacerse de su basura; as\u00ed, mantienen a Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, San Luis Potos\u00ed y la CDMX en permanente alerta para sortear inundaciones; en est\u00e1, el Canal del Desag\u00fce a\u00fan contribuye con el desalojo, pero el gran volumen lo expulsa el Sistema de Drenaje Profundo, que ya hundimientos, lo cual exige m\u00e1s t\u00faneles emisores. Otra inconveniencia es la emisi\u00f3n de contaminantes s\u00f3lidos, gases,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>l\u00edquidos y el ruido. Hay que imaginar los vol\u00famenes de gases lanzados a la atm\u00f3sfera por veh\u00edculos, industrias y hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han ensayado experiencias como las de mantener en buenas condiciones autom\u00f3viles, mejora de gasolinas, exigencia de una industria m\u00e1s limpia y el traslado de las m\u00e1s contaminantes a otros lugares, etc\u00e9tera. El crecimiento del n\u00famero automotores y las malas pr\u00e1cticas de la poblaci\u00f3n al violar reglamentos, incrementan el problema generando por las contingencias ocurridas todos los a\u00f1os particularmente en la capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra situaci\u00f3n es el ruido, al combinarse los sonidos producidos por los diversos vehiculos; existen normas, que no se respetan y no se hacer respetar. El problema debe ser atacado de origen exigiendo a industrias de automotores producir bajo est\u00e1ndares de emisi\u00f3n de ruido, los m\u00ednimos y generar ambientes que lo disminuyan en calles y avenidas; una tarea de ingenieros, arquitectos y ambientalistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esos y otros problemas, el urbanismo tiene tareas, necesita fortalecer y actualizar enfoques para mantener en condiciones de habitabilidad a las ciudades, hacerlas m\u00e1s amigables, sostenibles e inclusivas, para enfrentar de mejor manera las actuales urgencias de los habitantes y sus actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siguen siendo vigentes muchos postulados del urbanismo moderno, no obstante el gigantismo asumido por las urbes, ahora se tienen que visualizar y atender de otra manera sus problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se necesita considerar opiniones y consejos de todos los sectores sociales, pensar en las urbes como una sola entidad, superando los l\u00edmites impuestos por entes municipales, y que os \u00f3rganos de planeaci\u00f3n sean independientes, que trasciendan los periodos de gobierno, municipales y estatales y determinen en que acciones dominen las del bien colectivo frente a lo individual, y con decisiones gubernamentales que superen el miedo a perder votos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valga una par\u00e1frasis de lo se\u00f1alado por el ingeniero Guillermo Salazar Viniegra, quien en 1950 present\u00f3 un proyecto con la intenci\u00f3n de resolver el problema del tr\u00e1nsito en el centro hist\u00f3rico a partir de proponer un sistema de autobuses que circundar\u00edan a \u00e9ste, y ser\u00eda alimentado por los\u00a0 autobuses provenientes del exterior del circuito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo debemos pecar de conservadores, queri\u00e9ndonos constre\u00f1ir a proyectos urbanos raqu\u00edticos y mediocres que s\u00f3lo sean paliativos de poca duraci\u00f3n y resulten, a la postre, in\u00fatiles e inaprovechables\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Casa Clavijero.
